# My login link doesn't work

Please do this:

> 1\. Request a new letter. 
>
>  2\. Copy the login link from the letter
>
>  3\. Paste the link into your browser *(for Apple devices, Safari is recommended)*

Now it should be good! 

**If this doesn't work:**

> 1\. Request a new letter. 
>
>  2\. Copy the login link from the letter
>
>  3\. Send it to the in-app chat. We will sort it out!
