My login link doesn't work

Please do this:

1. Request a new letter.

2. Copy the login link from the letter

3. Paste the link into your browser (for Apple devices, Safari is recommended)

Now it should be good!

If this doesn't work:

1. Request a new letter.

2. Copy the login link from the letter

3. Send it to the in-app chat. We will sort it out!
