I can't scan my API-keys

If you scan the QR-code with the Stoic app and nothing happens, please check whether your Secret key is visible!

If it's not, you will not be able to connect, and you will simply need to create new keys as the Secret key is showed only when the API-keys are freshly created!

Secret key is not hidden!

If you get an error message, please make sure you're using the latest version of the Stoic app. You can update the app in the App Store or Google Play.

Close the app and try again; if you see the error for the second time, please take a screenshot and send it into the in-app chat. We will provide an alternative way to connect you 🙌
